Whenever we have mentioned Wyndham's name in this community we have been assured that they are "quality" builders who give uncommon attention to detail. We have found this to be true! We just want to say thank you!

If we were to pick one word that would describe our new home, Brian and I would simply say "breathtaking." The detail and craftsmanship speaks clearly to anyone who comes to visit us in our new home. Everyone associated with Wyndham Homes has made the experience of building a home wonderful. The patience of the entire staff was greatly appreciated especially for us since this was our very first experience in building a home. The horror stories that one hears when a walk-through has been scheduled never happened. We couldn't get over how the minor details were included to help the purchaser get ready for move-in day.

This is by far the best overall house we have lived in. It is the fourth house we have built from the ground up. Your attention to detail, responsiveness and superior construction sets you apart from the rest.

We have moved several times over the last decade and other new homes we have purchased were nice. However, the longer we lived in those homes we found ourselves less and less pleased with the overall quality of the home. In contrast, the home you and your team have built here in Carmel has delighted us from the start. More importantly, we find ourselves more impressed by the overall quality as each month passes.

The house is just great. Your level of workmanship rivals that of the finest custom construction. No comers were cut, no item overlooked and nothing was, well, just good enough. It's refreshing to see this attitude in today's mode of mediocrity in the building industry. Joe, you and your staff are courteous and most helpful. The few minor things noticed after the move in have been attended to within hours, not days. You're always there for us and rightfully proud of your work.

Our calls were promptly returned and our questions were addressed with concern and courtesy. Additionally, you provided that necessary amount of "hand-holding" for people like us who had only heard horror stories about home building. When we tell people how smooth and effortless the whole process was, people are amazed and tell us how lucky we were… Now that we are actually living in our home, we continue to be impressed by the quality of your work and your commitment to providing an excellent product to your buyers. The amount of thought that went into the design and construction of our house was impressive. We were particularly happy about being able to customize the important aspects of our home and leave the more mundane aspects to the professionals...

First, let me tell you that not one of our friends believed us when we assured them that the house would be finished on time. Needless to say, the house was ready on the original closing date – a rarity in your business. To my knowledge, every other house in the development was completed on a timely basis – an accomplishment you can be proud of.

From the very first visit, I was made to feel that my home was the only one that was being built rather than just one in a community of over 70 homes... Everything was completed without a hitch from start to finish, including the completion date of the house. The quality, workmanship and ease of the entire process is constantly noted by family and friends - especially by those who thought I had completely lost my mind by trying to build a house from over 4,000 miles away... I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy provided by all of the Wyndham Homes employees...

We are writing you this letter to let you know how delighted we are with our new home! It is everything we imagined… The professionalism, workmanship and communication more than met our expectations...

The quality of construction, workmanship and attention to detail still continue to delight us.

We have been living in our new home now for 16 months and wanted to tell you just how pleased we are with it. The quality of construction, and your employees and subcontractors are all top notch.

Quality control was excellent throughout the construction process, and the "punchlist" when we moved in was both very short and quickly taken care of. Although we had very high expectations for this house, John and I both agree that the final product is even better than we had hoped! In an industry that generates thousands of horror stories about home building gone wrong, you have been wonderful. We will always be grateful to you and your staff, both sales and construction, for the beautiful house that you have built for us.

After being in our home for more than two years now (where does the time go?) we are as happy today as we were on closing day. Your commitment to quality is obvious and your concern to make sure that we have been pleased with our home is to be commended. You have made it quite evident that you were not only trying to build homes, but rather build a community. The end product is truly one that you should be proud of.

We were extremely satisfied with the timeliness of the delivery of our home, as well as the responsiveness of your personnel and sub-contractors to our "punchlist" items. Most of all, the house, the property and the overall development have exceeded our high expectations.

Your commitment to providing a quality home, extends far beyond the day of the closing. After being in our home for seven months, we can honestly say that we are as happy today, and are as satisfied with your work, as we were on the day of the closing… You provided us with a beautiful quality home, and there were no surprises along the way.
